Manufacturing Services
High-quality, multifunctional packaging for shipping or display

Bennett Packaging manufacturing is located in a 400,000 square foot underground facility in Lee's Summit, Missouri. As an independent, privately-held company, Bennett Packaging has the flexibility to purchase raw materials from the best-valued suppliers in the region. In contrast to most of our competitors who are part of the huge paper companies, our focus is NOT mill-driven and measured by the number of tons cut up. Instead, we embrace our competitive advantage by investing millions of dollars in equipment that expands our capabilities to manufacture the best products possible and to increase efficiencies. Examples of more recent acquisitions include:

The JUMBO, 86"x 196", 2-color Flexo Folder/Gluer with full in-line die cutting is the largest size available in the Midwest.

The Allegra B-130 Specialty Folder/Gluer is the industry's finest.

The Martin 1228 Transline 4-color Flexo Folder/Gluer with full in-line die cutting.

Our manufacturing capabilities are second-to-none. We have a wide and varied size range of multi-color flexo folder/gluers with in-line die cutting, stitchers, gluers, and automatic labelers. We also offer no-tooling-required digital printing when applicable. Whether a client orders millions of corrugated boxes, or only a few hundred displays, we are well equipped to manufacture to their very exacting specifications. The result of our equipment investment is improved productivity and enhanced capabilities; in other words – better, faster, and cheaper – for our customers' benefit.

Bennett Packaging recognizes the inherent industry pressures and challenges of reducing time to market. Therefore, flexible timetables are purposely built into our production schedule. We maintain a minimum 10% open-manufacturing capacity so that we are always ready to handle short lead times.

Our Quality Assurance Management System is modeled after ISO 9001 standards. Our management commitment to quality assurance is demonstrated in current practices used to monitor product quality, training procedures, and effective reporting. Within this system are controls for every part of the business including:

  • A fully closed loop inspection system that ensures your order meets specifications from receipt of materials and tooling;
  • A manufacturing process that offers warehousing and final audit of your order before shipment.

As an added benefit to our customers, we make account information available online so it can be accessed anytime, day or night. Our customers find that it is a convenient way to place, track, change, and release current orders, as well as to review order and item history in detail. Useful reports can also be easily printed. In addition, we are able to accommodate customers who require full Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities.
